We acted for our German Oil & Gas client company on the successful negotiation and execution of master service agreements (MSA) governed by English law for the provision of a suite of oil field services relating to their 3 well drilling campaign. The service providers included international contractors such as Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Weatherford as well as independent specialist contractors for drilling fluids and chemicals.
