In any other jurisdiction, in which we have an office or an associated office, these offices are subject to the regulatory rules of the jurisdiction in question. The CEE Office is our representative office. Our associated counsel or lawyers are independent lawyers, subject to regulation according to the rules of each regulatory body with whom they are admitted to practise.
